About the Artist

After graduating from Keene State College in 2013 with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Emory Cooper moved to Jackson, Wyoming. Drawing inspiration from her new surroundings, Emory’s work captures the ever changing palette of the Teton Mountains. Working with her hands, Emory uses recycled magazines and print to create her work, tearing and transforming the pages to create a unique organized chaos. Through this method, she creates lively snapshots of her everyday life, from puppy portraits to Teton National Park sunsets.
